Our company requires a $20 deposit (per service/dog) at the time of scheduling your appointment. The deposit will go towards the $40 service fee (per dog), and the remaining balance is due at the end of the service. Refunds will be granted based on meeting the requirements in the Cancellation Policy.


We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can occur making schedule adjustments necessary. Please understand that appointment dates/times are limited. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice of your intent to cancel. Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the reserved session time will result in a cancellation fee of $20 (per service/dog). Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session (and no-shows) will be charged the full cost of the missed session (per service/dog) and will not be refunded.

If See Spot Sprint cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the customer, subject to availability.
